1. I have a Jack Russell Terrier but weighing more than 15kg. Is that considered a large breed?
No, it is considered an overly obese dog and he needs to come and visit us to shed some weight quickly.

2. I have a Golden Retriever but his weight falls into a Medium Category, am I entitled to the Small-Medium Breed Category
No. The new prices were derived based on the number of trained therapists required for each patient.

3. I have a Large dog but half way through the session, his weight has fallen below the Large Breed. Can I get a discount?
No. The new prices were derived based on the number of trained therapists required for each patient.

4. I have a Singapore Special and is not listed in your categories.
The fees will be determined by the physical size of the dog more than the weight actually. The weight is only an estimate gauge and should not be used as the only factor of deciding the breed. Singapore specials qualifying under the ADORE programme shall be classed as medium breed dogs.

5. I am already an existing customer, will I be affected by the change of prices?
